Methodology
How status is determined
This site summarizes recent availability evidence for a stable set of customer-facing platform capabilities.
Customer-facing components
Each published component represents a capability customers use. Multiple internal availability signals may contribute to one component, while internal service names and diagnostic details remain private.
Status meaning
Operational means current evidence supports availability. Degraded or outage states indicate increasing customer impact. Unknown means the available evidence is not current or complete enough to make an availability claim.
Evidence boundary
Availability evidence does not prove that every individual customer transaction, order, laboratory process, integration delivery, or document request succeeds end to end.
Aggregate state
The overall status reflects the most significant current state among the published components. Missing evidence remains Unknown and is never silently treated as operational.
Freshness
Evidence expires when it is no longer current.
